TP is er trots op een van de weinige bedrijven te zijn die formele goedkeuring heeft gekregen van de EU-gegevensbeschermingsautoriteiten voor haar Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs) onder de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG). Deze BCRs vormen de basis van het wereldwijde privacybeleid van de TP Group en stellen ons in staat om persoonsgegevens binnen de familie van TP-bedrijven uit te wisselen, terwijl we sterke waarborgen en beveiligingsmaatregelen handhaven.

Als wereldwijde organisatie maakt TP gebruik van haar internationale middelen om efficiënt en effectief te opereren. Dit betekent dat jouw persoonsgegevens soms worden overgedragen aan andere landen, regio’s of organisaties binnen de TP Group. Onze BCRs zorgen voor een consistent en hoog beschermingsniveau bij internationale gegevensoverdracht, zodat jouw informatie goed beveiligd blijft, ongeacht waar deze wordt verwerkt.

In situaties waarin het gebruik van BCRs niet mogelijk is, past TP alternatieve juridische overdrachtsmechanismen toe om ervoor te zorgen dat jouw persoonsgegevens blijven voldoen aan de geldende wetgeving.

Om onze inzet voor gegevensbescherming verder te versterken, heeft TP waar wettelijk vereist een aantal Data Protection Officers (DPO’s) aangesteld, ondersteund door een toegewijd Privacyteam dat toezicht houdt op ons privacybeleid.

Wij verwerken jouw persoonsgegevens om te beoordelen of je geschikt bent voor een functie. Dit omvat het evalueren van je sollicitatie en het overwegen van je profiel voor huidige of toekomstige vacatures binnen TP of andere TP-entiteiten, waaronder mogelijkheden als zelfstandig ondernemer.

Daarnaast worden jouw persoonsgegevens verwerkt wanneer dit nodig is om te voldoen aan wettelijke en regelgevende verplichtingen.

In bepaalde gevallen kan TP gevoelige persoonsgegevens moeten verwerken (zoals gezondheidsinformatie of bepaalde achtergrondgegevens). Dit doen we alleen wanneer dit wettelijk vereist of toegestaan is, of met jouw uitdrukkelijke toestemming.

TP kan, zoals toegestaan volgens de geldende wetgeving, enkele of alle van de volgende gegevens van je verzamelen:

• Persoonlijke identificatiegegevens zoals je volledige naam, personeelsnummer, rijbewijsnummer, adres, telefoonnummer, e-mailadres, belasting-/BSN-nummer en geboortedatum.
• Gegevens over beschermde kenmerken zoals je geslacht, nationaliteit en immigratiestatus.
• Internetgegevens zoals je IP-adres en apparaat-ID-nummers.
• Professionele werkgeschiedenis zoals je datum van indiensttreding, functietitel en loopbaanverloop, arbeidsstatus, informatie over beloning, belastingformulieren, immigratieformulieren, informatie over werknemersverzekeringen, enzovoort.
• Opleidingsgeschiedenis zoals cijferlijsten, aanbevelingsbrieven, bewijs van inschrijving, certificaten, diploma’s en behaalde graden.

TP verwerkt je persoonsgegevens door:

• Het bijhouden van correcte contactgegevens.
• Het beoordelen en evalueren van jouw sollicitatie.
• Het analyseren van sollicitatiegegevens om fraude te voorkomen en op te sporen.
• Het meenemen van jouw sollicitatie voor toekomstige kansen binnen TP.

TP kan camera’s gebruiken om interviews op te nemen en uit te zenden, zowel live als op afstand, als onderdeel van het sollicitatieproces. Je kunt zelf kiezen of je je camera tijdens het interview wilt inschakelen. Door je camera aan te zetten, geef je toestemming om opgenomen te worden. Als je liever geen gebruik maakt van je camera of niet opgenomen wilt worden, heeft dat geen negatieve gevolgen voor je sollicitatie.

We kunnen je persoonsgegevens delen, voor zover dit wettelijk toegestaan is en afhankelijk van de aard van de gegevens, met andere TP-vestigingen en externe organisaties. Denk hierbij aan bedrijven die diensten leveren die nodig zijn voor een goede afhandeling van je (mogelijke) dienstverband bij TP, of met overheidsinstanties (zoals sociale zekerheids- of pensioeninstanties), zoals vereist of toegestaan door lokale wetgeving.

Daarnaast kunnen we je persoonsgegevens delen met andere entiteiten binnen de wereldwijde TP-groep, zodat we je kunnen informeren over eventuele kansen die aansluiten bij jouw vaardigheden — waaronder ook rollen als zelfstandig ondernemer.

We bewaren je persoonsgegevens om de hierboven genoemde doeleinden te kunnen vervullen, of zoals toegestaan volgens de wet.

Afhankelijk van waar je woont, heb je mogelijk enkele of alle van de volgende rechten met betrekking tot je persoonsgegevens:

• Inzage – je kunt kosteloos verzoeken om inzage in je persoonsgegevens.
• Correctie – je kunt TP vragen om onjuiste of onvolledige persoonsgegevens te corrigeren.
• Verwijdering – je kunt TP vragen om je persoonsgegevens te verwijderen, met inachtneming van wettelijke uitzonderingen, wanneer een van de volgende situaties van toepassing is:
  a. Je persoonsgegevens zijn niet langer nodig voor het doel waarvoor ze oorspronkelijk zijn verzameld;
  b. Je trekt je toestemming in voor verwerking, wanneer toestemming de wettelijke grondslag was;
  c. Je maakt bezwaar tegen geautomatiseerde besluitvorming met betrekking tot je persoonsgegevens;
  d. Je maakt bezwaar tegen geautomatiseerde verwerking voor direct marketingdoeleinden;
  e. Je persoonsgegevens zijn onrechtmatig verwerkt.
• Beperking – je kunt TP vragen om de verwerking van je persoonsgegevens te beperken als:
  a. Je de juistheid van je persoonsgegevens betwist;
  b. De verwerking onrechtmatig is en je liever wilt dat we het gebruik beperken in plaats van de gegevens te verwijderen;
  c. Je niet wilt dat geautomatiseerde verwerking op je persoonsgegevens wordt toegepast.
• Overdraagbaarheid – in specifieke gevallen kun je TP vragen om je persoonsgegevens in een gestructureerd, gangbaar en machineleesbaar formaat naar jou of een andere organisatie te sturen.
• Intrekken van toestemming – je kunt op elk moment je toestemming voor verwerking intrekken, wanneer je die eerder hebt gegeven. Het intrekken van toestemming heeft geen invloed op verwerking die niet op toestemming gebaseerd was.
• Bezwaar – je kunt bezwaar maken tegen de verwerking van je persoonsgegevens door TP voor direct marketing.

TP is proud to be one of the few companies to have secured formal approval from the EU Data Protection Authorities for its Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs) under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These BCRs form the foundation of TP Group’s comprehensive global privacy framework, enabling us to transfer personal information throughout TP’s family of companies while maintaining robust safeguards and security protections.

As a global organization, TP leverages its worldwide resources to operate efficiently and effectively. This often requires that your personal information be transferred to other countries, territories, or organizations within TP Group. Our BCRs set a consistent, high standard for the international transfer of personal information, ensuring that your information remains protected wherever it is processed.

In circumstances where the use of BCRs is not possible, TP implements alternative legal transfer agreements to ensure that your personal information continues to be safeguarded in accordance with applicable laws.

To further reinforce our commitment to data privacy, TP has appointed a number of Data Protection Officers (DPO or DPOs) where so required by law, supported by a dedicated Privacy Department, to oversee and manage our privacy framework. We process your personal information to assess your suitability for employment, which includes evaluating your application and considering you for current or future openings within TP or other TP entities, including independent contractor opportunities.

Your personal information is also processed as necessary to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

In certain cases, TP may need to process sensitive personal information (such as , health or some types of background information). We only do so when required or permitted by local law or with your explicit consent.

TP may gather some or all of the following from you, as permitted by applicable law:

Personal Identifiers such as full name, employee identification number, driver’s license number, address, phone number, email address, tax/government identification number, and date of birth.

Protected Class Information such as, , gender, citizenship, immigration status .

Internet Data such as IP address and device ID numbers.

Professional Employment History such as date of employment, title and job history, employment status, compensation information, , , tax form information, immigration form information, worker’s compensation information, , ,.

Education History such as transcripts, letters of recommendation, enrollment verification, certificates, and diplomas and degrees.

TP processes your personalinformation by:

• Maintaining accurate contact details.
• Reviewing and assessing your application.
• Analyzing application information to prevent and detect fraud; and
• Considering your application for future opportunities within TP.

TP may use cameras to record and transmit interviews, either live or remotely, as part of the recruitment process. You may choose whether to activate your camera during interviews. By turning on your camera, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to use your camera or do not wish to be recorded, you will not be penalized.

We may share your personal data, to the extent legitimately necessary considering the nature of the personal data, with other TP affiliates and external organizations, such as companies providing services necessary to ensure the proper administration of your potential employment at TP or with government agencies or bodies (e.g., social security or retirement agencies), as required or permitted by local law. Also, we may share your personal data with other entities within TP’s global corporate group to share with you any opportunities available that may match your skillset, including independent contractor roles.

We retain your personal information to satisfy the purposes set out above, or as permitted by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access – you can request access to your personal information, free of charge.
• Rectification – you can ask TP to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Deletion – you can ask TP to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions, when one of the following reasons applies:
  • Your personal information is no longer necessary for the purpose it was initially collected;
  • You withdraw consent to process your personal information when consent is the legal basis for processing;
  • You are opposed to automated decisions involving your personal information;
  • You are opposed to automated processing for direct marketing purposes; or
  • Your personal information has been processed unlawfully.
• Limitation – you can ask TP to limit processing your personal information if one of the following situations applies:
  • You contest the accuracy of your personal information;
  • Processing is unlawful and you wish to limit our use of your personal information rather than erase that information; and
  • You do not want automated processing to apply to your personal information.
• Portability – In specific circumstances, you can ask TP to send your personal information to you or another organization in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
• Withdraw Consent – At any time, you may withdraw your consent to processing when you previously gave your consent. Withdrawing your consent will not affect processing that was not based on your consent.
• Objection – You may object to TP processing your personal information for direct marketing.
