What does a Talent Acquisition Specialist do?
A Talent Acquisition Specialist recruits and selects personnel and makes a match between the demand for personnel from the organization and the supply of candidates in the job market and the internal organization. You proactively seek candidates who fit the vacancies and devise, initiate and evaluate recruitment actions for open positions. You will liaise between candidates and the various departments and managers at Teleperformance. In addition to telephone screening, evaluating a candidate’s test results and conducting job interviews, you will also draft job postings and help think about recruitment strategies on the various
audience-specific media channels.
