As soon as your training starts, you will be employed by us and you will receive your salary. That’s what we call pleasant learning!

Du arbeitest in unserem kleinen und dynamischen mehrsprachigen Team und vertrittst eine bekannte Jeansmarke. Tägliche Aufgaben sind die Betreuung der Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail. Mögliche Fragen sind Bestellungen, Informationsanfragen, Lieferungen, Zahlungen, Beschwerden, technische Fragen zum Webshop etc. Wir sind auf der Suche nach serviceorientierten Kandidaten mit hervorragenden Kommunikations- und Computerkenntnissen. Du erhältst vorab eine online Schulung, um den Kunden effektiv zu helfen. Wir sind von Montag bis Samstag geöffnet.
