The Social Media (SoMe) Team of Canada Goose Benelux is active on the internet daily and communicates on behalf of Canada Goose directly with the customer via Facebook Messenger, twitter and Instagram. The communication is to-the-point and transparent.

As a member of the SoMe team, you contribute daily to the monitoring and improvement of Canada Goose's online reputation. In this creative and professional job you will play with words to increase Canada Goose's involvement with the customer.

• You actively engage in dialogue to help the customer with a variety of questions about products or services.

• You have contact with specialists from different internal departments so that the information you communicate to the customer via social media is 100% accurate and high level.

• You only accept 100% customer satisfaction on Canada Goose social media channels.

• You are jointly responsible for a highly reputable (online) reputation of Canada Goose.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• You have strong affinity with consumer service.

• You have a lot of empathetic ability and can pass this through in writing. You find helping people and solving problems really fun.

• You are able to think out of the box to apply new ideas and / or to respond to the customers.

• You have experience with social media and experience in using multiple platforms, including at least Facebook, twitter and Instagram. Social media also plays an important role in your private life.

• You are prepared to run evening and weekend services.

• You have a good craft of languages (English and French is a must) and have excellent communication skills in both. You can respond quickly, professionally and creatively with commercial interests.
